Code of Conduct

Effective: March 1, 2025 Version 2.1 Scope: Global

At CloudNexus, we believe that a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment is essential for innovation. This Code of Conduct applies to all participants in our community, including customers, developers, partners, employees, and event attendees, across all CloudNexus platforms, channels, and official spaces.

Our Core Values

CloudNexus is built on principles that guide how we interact, build, and grow together:

  • Respect & Empathy: Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of background, identity, or experience level.
  • Collaboration: Share knowledge openly, welcome constructive feedback, and prioritize team success over individual recognition.
  • Inclusivity: Actively welcome diverse perspectives and create spaces where everyone feels safe to contribute.
  • Integrity: Communicate transparently, honor commitments, and uphold ethical standards in all technical and business practices.

Expected Behavior

We expect all community members to:

  1. Use welcoming and inclusive language in all communications, code, and documentation.
  2. Be respectful of differing viewpoints, experiences, and technical approaches.
  3. Gracefully accept constructive criticism and engage in healthy technical debate.
  4. Focus on what is best for the community, the platform, and the end users.
  5. Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or unsolicited commercial promotion.
