How do I reset my API key?

You can rotate your API keys from the CloudNexus Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > API Access, then click "Regenerate" next to the key you wish to update. The old key will be immediately invalidated.

What is your SLA for uptime?

CloudNexus guarantees 99.999% uptime for all enterprise services. Our standard SLA is 99.9% for Pro plans. Credits are automatically applied to your account if we fail to meet these targets.

Can I upgrade my instance without downtime?

Yes! CloudNexus supports live migration for most instance types. You can increase vCPU, RAM, or storage without rebooting. Storage increases are instantaneous; compute changes may require a quick reboot depending on the operation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Canceling will stop future charges, but your resources will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
