Bagasse Packaging FAQ
Everything your operations team needs to know before switching.
Yes. Our molded bagasse containers are tested to withstand microwave heating up to 120ยฐC (248ยฐF) without warping, leaching, or losing structural integrity. We recommend removing lids before heating and limiting sessions to 3โ4 minutes for optimal performance.
Unlike plastic, bagasse is fully compostable and contains no microplastics. Compared to traditional paper, it's naturally grease-resistant without chemical coatings and maintains strength when exposed to hot or oily foods. It offers the durability of styrofoam with the eco-credentials of fiber.
Standard wholesale MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU. For custom printing or mixed pallets, we accommodate orders starting at 10,000 units. Contact our sales team for startup-friendly pilot orders.
Absolutely. We offer flexographic printing (up to 3 colors) and debossing/embossing for premium branding. Artwork requires vector format with CMYK color profiles. Setup fees apply for custom plates.
