6. Ordering, Shipping & Terms
- Pricing Validity: Prices quoted are effective from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Subject to raw material index adjustments with 30-day notice.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 for approved wholesale accounts. New accounts require 50% deposit or credit card payment.
- Shipping: FCA Portland, OR. Standard ground freight included for orders over $1,200. Expedited options available at carrier rates.
- Returns & Damages: Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Unopened, undamaged stock returnable within 14 days for full credit.
- Sustainability Compliance: All paper products are FSC-certified. Plastic alternatives are certified compostable (ASTM D6400 / EN 13432). Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) available upon request.
