Customs & Duties

For international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Cup Source files all required commercial invoices accurately to expedite customs clearance.

Eligibility Window

You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Custom-printed items are eligible only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Photos of defects/damage must be submitted with the claim

⚠️ Restocking fees do not apply to defective products. Non-defective standard items returned for buyer's remorse may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected within 3 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit is issued immediately and never expires

Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Common Shipping & Returns Questions

Do you offer combined shipping for multiple orders?
Yes. If you place multiple orders within 24 hours, contact our support team with both order numbers. We'll consolidate your shipment and adjust shipping charges accordingly.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters processing or ships, changes are no longer possible due to automated fulfillment workflows.
What if only part of my order arrives damaged?
You only need to return the damaged portion. Provide photos of the affected items and your order number. We'll ship replacements for the damaged units while you keep the rest.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Standard ground shipping requires a street address. For PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses, please select UPS or USPS priority options at checkout.
How long does a return refund take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 1–2 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit.
