Customers in the EU-West region experienced higher than normal response times for threat analysis queries. The issue was caused by a database routing optimization and has been fully resolved. All performance metrics have returned to baseline.

Email Filtering Service - Brief Intermittent Drops
Some users reported delayed spam filtering during a scheduled certificate rotation. The service automatically failovered to backup nodes and recovered within 4 minutes. No data was impacted.

Cloud Security Gateway Firmware Upgrade
Routine security patches and performance improvements will be applied to the gateway infrastructure. Services will remain online with expected < 30s blips during node rotation.
