Most engagements launch within 3-4 weeks from kickoff. Complex data migrations or highly customized model development may extend to 5-6 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the Discovery phase.

We require read-only access to relevant databases, data warehouses, and API endpoints. All connections are encrypted, and we never store raw PII unless explicitly authorized and scoped for your use case.

Not for day-to-day operations. We handle the heavy technical lifting. Your team will benefit from hands-on training and documentation, but basic business acumen and goal alignment are sufficient.
