- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Content & AI Integration
Dictionary provides definitions, translations, synonyms, phonetic pronunciations, and contextual insights powered by both human-curated linguistic data and advanced artificial intelligence models.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer: While our AI systems are continuously trained and refined, language is inherently nuanced and context-dependent. AI-generated explanations, translations, or suggestions may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Dictionary recommends verifying critical linguistic information through multiple authoritative sources.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, upload, or generate through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Dictionary a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and the compilation thereof, are the property of Dictionary or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Dictionary brand, logo, and related trademarks are owned by Dictionary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dictionary disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Dictionary does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, nor that any linguistic data provided will be completely accurate, comprehensive, or up-to-date at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dictionary, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Changes to Terms
Dictionary reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
