To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EduVerse expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of course content, instructional videos, or platform functionality;
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the platform, learning management system, or downloadable materials.

3. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall EduVerse, its affiliates, instructors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or educational milestones;
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods, services, or alternative educational programs;
• Any claims arising from unauthorized access to your account, misuse of platform features, or violations of applicable laws by you or third parties.

Under no circumstances shall EduVerse’s aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event. Where statutory liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, your liability shall be limited to the extent legally permissible.

EduVerse may incorporate, link to, or recommend third-party websites, tools, libraries, APIs, educational resources, guest instructors, or certification bodies. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, privacy practices, terms of use, or pedagogical quality of any third-party services. Your interaction with third-party content is solely at your own risk, and EduVerse assumes no liability for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from such interactions.

5. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities conducted under your account, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. EduVerse shall not be liable for any user-generated content, submissions, peer reviews, or communications posted or transmitted through the platform, provided that EduVerse reserves the right to remove, restrict, or suspend access to any content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

6. Force Majeure

EduVerse shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in service performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, software bugs, or labor disputes.

7. Severability & Modifications

If any provision of this Limitation of Liability is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or prohibited by law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. EduVerse reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this clause at any time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
