All content on the EliteCircle platform, including but not limited to course materials, video lectures, articles, illustrations, software code, user interface designs, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of EliteCircle, Inc. or its licensed content partners, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any copyrighted material without prior written consent from EliteCircle is strictly prohibited.

2. Trademark Guidelines

"EliteCircle," the EliteCircle logo, taglines, product names, and service marks displayed on this platform are registered and unregistered trademarks of EliteCircle, Inc. or its affiliates.

• Do not alter, modify, or combine EliteCircle trademarks with other marks.
• Do not use EliteCircle marks as part of your own business name, domain name, or social media handles.
• Always use trademarks in their proper form (e.g., "EliteCircle" not "Elite Circles" or "ECircle").

3. User-Generated Content & Licensing

As a member, you retain ownership of any original content you create and post within EliteCircle communities, including discussion posts, project submissions, and shared resources.

By posting content on our platform, you grant EliteCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the platform. This license automatically terminates upon your account deletion, except where required by law or platform archives.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. EliteCircle reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy or our Community Guidelines.

4. Third-Party Content & Open Source

Some courses, tools, and resources on EliteCircle incorporate third-party materials licensed under open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL), Creative Commons, or direct commercial agreements.

Third-party content is provided "as is" and remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. By accessing third-party materials, you agree to comply with the applicable license terms. EliteCircle is not responsible for third-party content updates, accuracy, or availability.

5. Reporting Infringement & DMCA Compliance

We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been infringed upon on our platform, please submit a detailed notice to our designated IP Agent.

Your notice should include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder
• Identification of the copyrighted/trademarked work
• A description of the infringing material and its URL location
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate

6. Platform License Summary

Your EliteCircle membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription and automatically terminates upon cancellation or account termination.

You may not:

• Download, stream, or record courses for redistribution
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access platform content
• Share account credentials or grant access to unauthorized users
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices or watermarks
