EliteCircle operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges on your payment method. You may cancel anytime through your dashboard. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

You agree not to misuse the platform, share accounts, scrape content, distribute copyrighted material without permission, or engage in harassment. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All courses, materials, branding, and platform technology are owned by EliteCircle or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteCircle is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from our educational content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy #

We want you to be completely satisfied with your EliteCircle membership. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Free Trials

New members may access a 14-day free trial on select plans. No payment is required during the trial. Accounts automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.

3. Refunds

• 30-Day Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact support for a full refund.
• After 30 Days: Refunds are prorated based on unused service time, at our discretion.
• Enterprise Plans: Custom refund terms apply as outlined in your contract.

Refund requests must be submitted via support@elitecircle.com with your account email and reason for request.
