It all began with two frustrated parents who couldn't find reliable, evidence-based parenting advice in one place.
In 2009, co-founders Elena Torres and Marcus Chen were navigating the challenges of raising young children when they realized how scattered and overwhelming parenting resources were. Some information was outdated, some was conflicting, and very little was backed by real science.
They decided to create something different — a platform where parents could find trustworthy, research-backed guidance delivered with warmth and compassion. What started as a humble blog quickly grew into a community of thousands, and eventually into the comprehensive family support platform it is today.
Over 15 years later, FamilyNest has helped more than 50,000 families navigate every stage of parenting — from pregnancy through the teen years and beyond.
