3 User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Maintain the security of your account credentials and password.
3. Notify FamilyNest immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Not share account credentials with unauthorized third parties, except as explicitly allowed under Family Account features.

FamilyNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4 Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial family support purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or discriminatory purpose.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or FamilyNest representative.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy Content without prior written consent.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, networks, or systems.
• Post or share content that violates applicable laws, harasses others, or promotes unsafe parenting practices.

5 Intellectual Property

All Content, including branding, trademarks, educational materials, trackers, and community moderation tools, is the exclusive property of FamilyNest or its licensors. Limited license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is essential to us. Data collection, processing, and storage are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices, including the use of cookies, analytics, and personalized recommendations. FamilyNest does not sell personal information to third parties.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FamilyNest provides parenting resources, educational content, and community support for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for family-specific concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its Content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FamilyNest in the preceding 12 months.

8 Termination

FamilyNest may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in San Francisco, California.
