Will I lose any data during migration?

No. FlowCMS uses a read-only extraction process for your source system. All data is duplicated into your FlowCMS environment before you point your DNS or update your front-end. We strongly recommend keeping your legacy system live during the transition period.
Does the migration tool handle media assets?

Yes. The CLI automatically detects referenced media URLs, downloads them, optimizes them using our built-in image pipeline, and rewrites all content references to point to FlowCMS's global CDN.
Can I migrate custom taxonomies and metadata?

Absolutely. Our schema mapper supports custom fields, taxonomies, user metadata, and relational content. You can define transformation rules using JSON or YAML to handle complex data structures.
