Yes! We accept walk-in patients during our operating hours (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm). However, we recommend booking an appointment online to minimize wait times and ensure availability with your preferred doctor.
Most departments are closed on public holidays. Emergency services remain open 24/7. Please check our holiday schedule or call us for the most up-to-date information regarding holiday hours.
Our laboratory closes at 5:00 PM on Fridays. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure your samples can be processed. Blood draw stations close at 4:30 PM.
Currently, our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer limited Saturday hours (9 AM - 2 PM) for urgent consultations. We do offer telehealth appointments outside regular hours — contact us for details.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for check-in, paperwork, and any necessary preparations. Arriving on time helps us serve all patients efficiently.
