By accessing, browsing, or using the Health website, mobile application, and healthcare services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.
Health reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

- You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- You will update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
You agree to notify Health immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Health provides healthcare information, telemedicine consultations, appointment scheduling, and related digital health tools. By using our services, you agree to:
- Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
- Not misrepresent your identity or medical history during consultations;
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any section of the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems;
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding healthcare and telemedicine.
Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that disrupts the Platform or violates the rights of others.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is critical to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal and health information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We comply with applicable healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA (in the United States) and other relevant data protection laws. You acknowledge that certain health information may be transmitted electronically and understand the inherent risks associated with digital communications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Health, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from Health, except as permitted under applicable fair use provisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
- Any content obtained from the Platform; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Health is not a medical emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US) immediately. Do not use this Platform for emergency medical guidance.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, NY, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
9. Changes to Terms
Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
