Timely rent payment is essential to maintaining a good tenancy relationship. Here's everything you need to know:

  • Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
  • Grace Period: 5 days after the due date (late fees may apply after this window).
  • Payment Methods: Online portal (recommended), bank transfer, or cashier's check.
  • Late Fee: $50 flat fee + 5% of remaining balance after the 5th.
