Overview

InkWell Inc. retains ownership of all proprietary assets related to our platform, including but not limited to software architecture, design systems, brand identifiers, and curated editorial frameworks. All original content published by InkWell staff and officially licensed partners is protected under international copyright laws.

Enforcement & DMCA Policy

InkWell complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright frameworks. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon through our platform, please submit a formal notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • URL(s) of the infringing material
  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

  • Statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy
