  • Revocable Rights: You may delete your content or request license termination at any time via your dashboard or support team.
  • Fair Use & Attribution: Third parties may quote or link to your work under fair use principles, provided proper attribution is given and no claim of ownership is made.
  • DMCA & Takedown: If you believe your content has been infringed upon, or if someone infringes on your work here, follow our Copyright Infringement Reporting process.

Communication & Notification Choices

We want to keep you informed without overwhelming you. You control how and when you hear from us:

  • Transactional Emails: Account alerts, security notices, and delivery confirmations cannot be opted out of, as they are required for service functionality.
  • Marketing & Newsletters: Easily unsubscribe from promotional content, weekly digests, and partner offers via the link in every email or through your Account Settings β†’ Notifications.
  • Push Notifications: Manage browser and mobile push preferences directly in your device settings or within InkWell's notification center.
