How do I reset my password?

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.

How long does it take for job listings to be approved?

New job listings are typically reviewed and approved within 2-4 hours during business hours. Premium employer accounts receive instant publishing privileges.

Can I update my subscription or billing details?

Yes! Go to your account dashboard, navigate to 'Billing & Plans', and you can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I delete my account permanently?

Visit Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will remove all your saved jobs, applications, and profile data. We recommend contacting support first if you're experiencing issues.
