How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires in 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

Yes! Go to your Account Settings > Profile Information > Email Address. Enter your new email and follow the verification steps. You'll receive a confirmation email at your new address. For security reasons, you may need to verify your identity before the change takes effect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers (ACH/SEPA), and wire transfers for enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your payment methods in Billing Settings.

How does the free trial work?

Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a subscription plan or your account will automatically switch to the free tier. Any job postings created during the trial will remain visible for 30 additional days.

How do I apply to multiple jobs at once?

JobSphere supports bulk applications. On your job search results page, use the checkboxes next to each listing to select multiple jobs, then click "Apply to Selected" at the top of the page. Your resume and cover letter will be submitted to each employer. You can track all applications from your Dashboard.

I'm getting a 403 error when using the API. What should I do?

A 403 error typically means your API key doesn't have the required permissions. First, verify that your API key is correct and hasn't expired. Check that your key has the necessary scopes (read/write) for the endpoint you're accessing. If the issue persists, regenerate your API key from the Developer Dashboard or contact our API support team.

What browsers and devices are supported?

JobSphere works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Our mobile-responsive design supports iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome) devices. We also offer native mobile apps available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data, applications, and saved jobs. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately and you'll lose access to remaining paid features. A 30-day grace period allows you to reactivate your account if you change your mind.
