JobSphere does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any information contained herein.
2. Listing Accuracy & Third-Party Content
JobSphere acts as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers with employers and recruitment agencies. While we employ automated screening and moderation tools, we do not independently verify the legitimacy, accuracy, or compliance of every job posting or employer profile.
- Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with applicable labor laws and accurately reflect compensation, requirements, and work conditions.
- Third-party data (e.g., salary estimates, company reviews, industry reports) is sourced from publicly available information and may contain errors or be outdated.
- Users are strongly encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before submitting personal information, applying to positions, or entering into employment agreements.
3. No Guarantee of Employment
JobSphere provides tools and resources to facilitate career exploration and job applications. The Platform does not guarantee, promise, or warrant that any user will secure employment, receive interview callbacks, or obtain specific compensation packages. Employment outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including candidate qualifications, market conditions, employer discretion, and economic trends.

- Respect the intellectual property and personal data of other users.
- Not use automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized software to harvest data or manipulate Platform features.
JobSphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.
5. Intellectual Property
The JobSphere name, logo, platform design, code, and proprietary content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws owned by JobSphere, Inc. or its licensors. Employer logos, job descriptions, and candidate resumes remain the property of their respective owners and are hosted under limited license for Platform functionality.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, tort, strict liability, or negligence.
7. Privacy & Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. Information about how we collect, process, store, and share personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using JobSphere, you consent to the practices described therein, including cross-border data transfers where applicable.
For EU/UK users: Our processing is based on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and explicit consent where required. You retain rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data under GDPR/UK GDPR.
