Payment Methods & Security
LearnFlow accepts payments through secure, industry-standard channels to ensure your financial information is protected at all times.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank Transfers & Direct Debit (for Enterprise plans)
Security & Encryption
All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption. LearnFlow does not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service and authorize the charged amount.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Our subscription model is designed to provide continuous access to our growing library of courses, tools, and resources.
Auto-Renewal
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to each renewal.
Plan Changes & Proration
- Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The remaining value of your current cycle will be prorated and applied to your new plan.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until your cycle ends.
Billing Issues
If your payment fails, we will attempt up to 3 retry cycles over 10 days. If unsuccessful, your account will be temporarily suspended, and access to premium content will be restricted until payment is resolved.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. We offer a transparent and fair refund process for eligible purchases.
Standard Refund Window
LearnFlow provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid courses and subscriptions from the date of purchase, provided that:
- You have not progressed beyond 15% of the course content or subscription period
- No official certificate has been issued or downloaded
- Refund requests are submitted through your Account Dashboard or via email to support@learnflow.com
Non-Refundable Items
The following are excluded from our refund policy:
- Live workshops, bootcamps, or 1-on-1 coaching sessions that have already occurred
- Digital resources, templates, or downloadable assets that have been accessed or downloaded
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago, unless specifically agreed upon in writing
- Corporate or Enterprise billing arrangements (subject to separate service agreements)
Cancellations & Account Closure
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, contact our support team for assistance. No cancellation fees apply.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your access to premium content will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Once your cycle ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free Starter tier.
- All purchased certificates, progress data, and free-tier content will remain permanently accessible.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
