How to Exercise Your Rights
You can manage most privacy preferences directly within your LoveLink app or website under Settings → Privacy & Data Controls. For requests that require manual processing, please submit a formal request using the contact information below.
🔐 Identity Verification
To protect your account from unauthorized access, we may request verification before fulfilling data requests. This typically involves confirming your email address or providing the last 4 digits of the phone number used to create your account.
- We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
- All requests are free of charge. Excessive or unfounded requests may incur reasonable administrative fees.
- Third-party requests must include notarized legal authorization or a valid power of attorney.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account:
- Active profile data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Message history and match logs are anonymized and removed from active servers within 90 days.
- Transaction records and safety reports are retained in compliance with financial and legal regulations (up to 7 years where required).

Our matching algorithm uses AI to suggest compatible profiles based on stated preferences, behavior, and compatibility factors. You have the right to:

- Opt out of algorithmic profiling at any time (note: this may limit match suggestions).
