How long does mold manufacturing take?

Standard tooling takes 8-12 weeks. Fast-track options (4-6 weeks) are available for urgent projects. Complex multi-cavity molds may require additional time.

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer STEP or IGES for 3D models. PDF or DXF for 2D drawings. Native CAD files (SolidWorks, Creo) are also welcome. We cannot process raster images.

Do you offer Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews?

Yes! Every quote request includes a free DFM analysis. Our engineers will suggest optimizations for cycle time, cost, and part quality.

Is my IP and design secure?

Absolutely. We sign NDAs upon request, use encrypted file transfers, and operate in controlled access facilities. Your intellectual property is protected at every stage.
