Go to the Login Page

Navigate to pawssource.com/login or open the Paws Source mobile app and tap Sign In.

Click "Forgot Password?"

Below the password field, tap the Forgot Password? link. This will redirect you to our secure password recovery page.

Enter Your Registered Email

Type the email address associated with your Paws Source account. Double-check for typos, then click Send Reset Link.

💡 Using a different email? Resetting will fail silently for security reasons. Use your original account email.

Check Your Inbox

You'll receive an email from no-reply@pawssource.com within 1–2 minutes. Click the "Reset Password" button inside.

📬 Don't see it? Check your Spam/Junk folder or wait 5 minutes. Our security system may delay delivery during peak hours.

Create a New Password

Enter your new password twice to confirm. It must be at least 8 characters, include one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

🔒 For security, we recommend using a unique password you don't use elsewhere.

Common Issues & Fixes

I didn't receive the reset email
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, verify you're using the exact email registered with Paws Source. You can also request a new link, but please wait at least 5 minutes between requests to avoid triggering our spam filters.
The reset link says it's expired
Reset links are valid for 30 minutes for security purposes. Simply go back to the login page and click "Forgot Password?" again to generate a fresh link.
My account appears locked after multiple attempts
For security, accounts are temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact our support team for immediate unlocking assistance.
