At Paws Source, we want every pet parent and their furry friend to be completely satisfied. If your order doesn't meet expectations or your pet isn't a fan, we've designed a straightforward, stress-free return and refund process.

πŸ“¦ Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Note: Opened pet food, treats, supplements, and perishable items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective or incorrectly shipped. Contact us immediately if this occurs.

  1. Visit our Return Portal or email returns@pawssource.com
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours
  4. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Physical Products: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Subscription Items: Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle or prorated upon cancellation
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and ethical standards, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened food, treats, vitamins, or supplements
  • Custom-engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Digital services (vet consultations, training guides, virtual plans)
  • Boarding, daycare, or in-person grooming services (covered under our Service Guarantee)

If you're unsatisfied with any Paws Source professional service (grooming, boarding, or veterinary consultations), contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We offer complimentary re-scheduling, partial refunds, or service credits based on the specific situation.
