We recommend bringing your pet's favorite toy or blanket for comfort, along with any medications or flea/tick treatments they currently use. Please ensure your pet is microchipped and has up-to-date vaccination records on file. Our groomers will handle everything else, including premium, hypoallergenic shampoos.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your benefits until the period ends. No cancellation fees apply.
Log in to your account, navigate to Pet Profiles, and select the pet you'd like to edit. You can update weight, health notes, dietary restrictions, and emergency contacts. Changes sync automatically across all services, including vet consultations and grooming bookings.
We offer a full refund or credit if you cancel a grooming or boarding appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a nominal rescheduling fee. Accidents or medical emergencies are handled case-by-case with our care guarantee policy.
