By accessing or using any services, products, or digital platforms provided by Paws Source (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1.2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To use Paws Source services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or provide verifiable guardian consent
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Update your information if it changes materially
1.3 Scope of Services
Paws Source provides a comprehensive suite of pet care solutions, including but not limited to:
- Premium nutrition planning and curated pet food delivery
- 24/7 telehealth veterinary consultations and wellness monitoring
- Professional grooming, spa, and hygiene services
- Secure boarding, daycare, and emergency shelter coordination
- Personalized care plans and behavioral training resources
Availability of specific services may vary by region, pet species, and health requirements. Medical advice provided through our Platform is supplemental and does not replace in-person veterinary diagnosis or emergency care.
1.4 User Conduct & Pet Safety
You agree to:
- Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes
- Provide truthful health histories and medical records for your pets
- Follow all safety protocols during grooming, boarding, or training sessions
- Not misuse veterinary telehealth channels for non-urgent matters
- Report adverse reactions, service issues, or safety concerns immediately
1.5 Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
All pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to inspection. Veterinary consultations and boarding services are non-refundable once scheduled or completed, except in cases of service failure or documented health emergencies.
1.6 Privacy & Data Usage
Your personal information and pet health data are protected under our Privacy Policy. We collect data solely to improve service delivery, ensure pet safety, comply with veterinary regulations, and personalize recommendations. We do not sell pet health records to third parties. Data sharing with participating clinics or groomers occurs only with explicit user consent.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Paws Source acts as a facilitator of care services and product recommendations. While we maintain rigorous vetting standards for partners and suppliers, we do not guarantee specific health outcomes, behavior results, or product efficacy. Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We strongly advise users to maintain independent pet insurance coverage.
1.8 Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect legal changes, service expansions, or safety improvements. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification 30 days before enforcement. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
