- Paws Care, Paws Pro, Paws Elite (service marks)
- Distinctive trade dress, color schemes, and UI patterns uniquely associated with our brand
Unauthorized use of these trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, product packaging, or promotional materials, constitutes trademark infringement. Licensees must maintain the visual integrity of our brand assets and may not alter, distort, or modify logos without prior written consent.
4. Permitted Use of Content
Paws Source grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content strictly for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes. Permitted actions include:
- Viewing, downloading, and printing content for personal reference
- Sharing direct links to Paws Source content on social media or messaging platforms
- Quoting brief excerpts (under 250 words) for educational, critical, or journalistic purposes, provided clear attribution is given
Prohibited actions include:
- Reproducing, redistributing, or republishing content in whole or substantial part

Submissions will be reviewed promptly. Counter-notices may be filed in accordance with applicable digital millennium copyright act (DMCA) or regional equivalent legislation. Repeat infringers will face account suspension or termination.
7. Fair Use & Educational Exceptions
Paws Source recognizes and respects statutory fair use, fair dealing, and educational exceptions under applicable law. We encourage responsible scholarly reference, veterinary research citation, and non-commercial educational commentary. However, fair use determinations are highly fact-specific.
