Who conducts the consultation?

All consultations are led by certified Veterinary Nutritionists (Dip ACVN) or Board-Certified Veterinary Nutritionists with extensive experience in pet dietary management.

How long does the session last?

Each session is scheduled for 30 minutes. This includes time for reviewing your pet's profile, discussing your goals, and providing recommendations. You can ask follow-up questions via email within 30 days.

What do I receive after the consultation?

You'll receive a comprehensive digital Nutrition Plan PDF, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, product recommendations, and supplement guidelines. You'll also get access to your plan in your Paws Source dashboard.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee. Please contact our support team for assistance.
