We understand that plans change, and we want to make our cancellation and refund processes as transparent and hassle-free as possible. Please review the details below regarding our policies for subscriptions, services, and product purchases.
📋 1. Subscription Plans
Paws Source offers monthly and annual subscription plans including Paws Starter, Paws Pro, and Paws Elite. We believe in flexibility, so you can manage your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Paws Source account.
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
- Alternatively, contact support to assist with cancellation.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
- Monthly Plans: If you cancel, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the cycle.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full pro-rated refund. After the initial 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the renewal date.
- Free Trials: Cancelling during the free trial period does not result in any charges.
✂️ 2. Services (Grooming & Boarding)
To ensure the well-being of your pet and the scheduling efficiency of our service partners, please adhere to the following cancellation guidelines for booked services.
Grooming Appointments
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule grooming appointments at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled grooming appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the service.
Boarding & Daycare
- Cancellation: Boarding reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Short Notice: Cancellations made between 3–7 days prior incur a 25% fee of the total booking cost.
- Last Minute: Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for your pet.
- Early Discharge: If you pick up your pet earlier than scheduled, no refund is provided for the unused nights.
📦 3. Product Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our curated pet products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Food & Supplements: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food items and supplements are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Return
- Visit your Order History and select "Request Return" for the relevant item.
- Print the provided prepaid return label.
- Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Amounts
- Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent an incorrect or defective item.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Paws Source for eligible returns.
💳 4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your cancellation or return request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal may take 3–5 business days.
- Service Credits: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund if mutually agreed upon.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after the estimated timeframe, please contact your financial institution or our support team.
⚠️ 5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Gift Purchases: Refunds for gift orders will be issued to the purchaser, not the recipient, in the form of store credit or original payment method.
- Abuse Policy: Paws Source reserves the right to deny refunds or terminate accounts that abuse our return or cancellation policies (e.g., excessive returns, fraudulent claims).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of war.
