Use the 'Talk to a Vet' button in your dashboard or app. You'll be matched with an available veterinarian within minutes via secure video or voice call. Pro and Elite members get priority routing with no wait times.
Grooming & Boarding
What's included in a standard grooming session?
Standard sessions include a gentle bath, blow-dry, haircut/breed trim, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and paw pad balm application. Add-ons like teeth brushing, flea/tick treatment, and de-shedding are available at checkout.
How do I book boarding for my pet?
Log in to your account, navigate to 'Services > Boarding', select your dates, and fill out a brief health/intake form. Elite members get guaranteed availability and VIP suite upgrades at no extra cost.
Billing & Plans
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll never lose access mid-cycle.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
You can cancel anytime without fees. Refunds are issued for unused service credits. Physical product deliveries are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect, in which case we offer full replacements or store credit.
