Yes! Our digital services (vet chats, care plans, product shipping) are available across the US. Physical services like grooming and boarding are currently available in 12 major metropolitan areas, with more locations rolling out monthly.
Services
Through your dashboard, you can schedule a video or chat session with a licensed veterinarian. Response times average under 15 minutes for non-emergencies. Vets can prescribe medication, review symptoms, and coordinate with your primary vet if needed.
Our standard package includes bathing, haircut, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. Add-ons include de-shedding treatments, flea/tick baths, and spa aromatherapy. All groomers are certified and undergo pet safety training.
Our climate-controlled facilities offer private suites, daily exercise, and live camera access. Staff checks in every 3 hours, and all guests receive a welcome kit. We require up-to-date vaccinations prior to check-in.
Pricing & Plans
Absolutely. You can pause, downgrade, or cancel your plan directly from your account settings. No hidden fees or cancellation charges. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Yes! Add a second pet to your account for just 50% of the regular plan price. Three or more pets qualify for our Family Multi-Pet package with additional savings and priority support.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Invoices for corporate or vet partnership accounts can be paid via ACH or wire transfer.
Shipping & Products
Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. All packages include tracking links.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for unopened, undamaged products. Perishable items and custom nutrition plans are non-returnable for safety reasons, but we guarantee satisfaction or a full credit.
Every product undergoes a 3-step vetting process: ingredient safety review, manufacturing quality check, and real-world pet testing. We only partner with brands that meet AAFCO/FDA guidelines and avoid artificial fillers.
