Preparation Timeline
7 Days Before Visit
Confirm your booking online. Gather vaccination records and update ID tags. If your pet has seasonal allergies or known triggers, note them for our staff.
3 Days Before Visit
Portion out their regular food and label it clearly with instructions. Wash their favorite bedding and pack comfort items. Begin adjusting their feeding schedule if necessary.
Day of Visit
Arrive 15 minutes early. Ensure they've had a bathroom break before drop-off. Hand over the completed intake form and supplies. Keep drop-offs calm and brief to reduce separation anxiety.
Pickup Day
Arrive at your scheduled time. Bring ID for verification. We'll provide a health & activity report. Take a quiet moment to greet your pet before leaving the facility.

Frequently Asked Questions
All dogs must have current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. Please bring dated certificates from your veterinarian.
Absolutely! We recommend bringing a 3-day supply to avoid digestive upset. Please clearly label the bag with your pet's name and feeding instructions.
Our staff performs twice-daily health checks. If any symptoms arise, your pet will be moved to our isolation area, and we'll contact you immediately to discuss next steps with your vet.
Grace period is 30 minutes. After that, a late fee of $15 per 15-minute increment applies. If you'll be delayed, please call us so we can adjust staffing accordingly.
