Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. Expedited (2-day) and Next-Day options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same business day.

Veterinary & Grooming Services
Many pet insurance plans now cover telehealth consultations. We provide detailed invoices with CPT codes to help with reimbursement. Check with your provider or contact our support team for verification assistance.
Log in to your account, navigate to Services > Grooming, and select your preferred location, package, and time slot. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 24 hours prior.
Stop using the product immediately, wipe the area with a damp cloth, and contact your veterinarian. Report the reaction through your account dashboard or email us at care@pawssource.com. We offer a full refund and will help identify a safer alternative for your pet.
Returns & Billing
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened, non-perishable products. Opened food or supplements can be exchanged or refunded if defective. Services are non-refundable after the scheduled window unless canceled within 24 hours.

Yes! You can create up to 5 pet profiles per account. Each profile maintains separate health records, subscription schedules, and personalized product recommendations.
