For the well-being of all pets, sealed pet food, treats, and medication can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. Used accessories must be clean and in resalable condition.

Prescription diet items can only be returned if they are unopened and within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with safety regulations. Please contact us directly to arrange.
