Introduction

Thank you for choosing PixelCraft Studio for your digital product design needs. This document serves as the official introduction to our working relationship, outlining our design philosophy, project expectations, and mutual responsibilities.

By proceeding through this onboarding process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms governing our engagement. This document will be archived in your project portal for future reference.

Project Scope & Expectations

What We Provide

  • End-to-end UX research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design
  • Interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation and testing
  • Developer-ready assets, design tokens, and handoff documentation
  • Dedicated project manager and direct Slack/Email support channels

Client Responsibilities

  • Timely provision of brand guidelines, content, and access requirements
  • Appointment of a primary point of contact for feedback and approvals
  • Consolidated feedback within agreed revision windows
  • Prompt payment according to the agreed milestone schedule
Note: Scope changes or additional deliverables requested after project kickoff will be evaluated separately and may require a change order and adjusted timeline.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern our professional services agreement:

  1. Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, full ownership of final delivered design files transfers to the client. PixelCraft retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
  2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, and unreleased product features.
  3. Revisions: Each project phase includes a predetermined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
  4. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.
  5. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Once you have reviewed the introduction, scope, and terms above, please complete the acceptance form to officially initiate the project. Our team will review your submission and schedule the kickoff meeting within 48 business hours.
