Alpine Summit had been operating with a static, dated identity that no longer resonated with modern consumers. Their digital presence was fragmented, and their brand messaging lacked a cohesive narrative across touchpoints.

The goal was to create a unified, dynamic brand system that felt premium, sustainable, and deeply connected to nature, while scaling across digital, retail, and packaging.

Creative Process

Discovery & Audit

We began by auditing every existing brand asset, interviewing leadership and retail staff, and mapping the customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for brand reinforcement.

Concept & Strategy

Three distinct creative directions were developed and tested with focus groups. The winning concept, "Elevated Wilderness," balanced rugged authenticity with contemporary minimalism.

Design & Development

Our team crafted the logo system, color palette, typography hierarchy, packaging templates, and digital UI components. Everything was built for scalability and accessibility.

Launch & Rollout

A phased rollout ensured smooth transition across e-commerce, retail stores, and marketing channels. We provided training sessions and digital asset libraries for ongoing consistency.
