The following content is strictly prohibited on RaiseIt. Posts containing these elements will be removed, and accounts may be suspended.

🤝 Unacceptable Behavior

How you interact with others matters. The following behaviors violate our community standards:

• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any user.
• Spam: Posting repetitive, off-topic, or promotional content designed to manipulate visibility.
• Scalping: Purchasing limited rewards solely for resale at inflated prices.
• Artificial Boosting: Using bots, fake accounts, or incentive schemes to artificially inflate backer counts or funding levels.
• Bypassing Blocks: Creating alternate accounts to evade enforcement actions.

📦 Project Rules for Creators

Creators play a pivotal role in our ecosystem. To maintain trust, all campaigns must adhere to these rules:

Funding & Goals

• Funding goals must be realistic and reflect actual production needs.
• All costs, including manufacturing, shipping, and platform fees, must be accounted for.
• You cannot request donations for purely personal expenses or debt repayment unless in a verified emergency category.

Rewards & Deliverables

• Rewards must be described accurately with clear pricing and limitations.
• Estimated delivery dates should be based on realistic supply chain timelines.
• Creators must fulfill rewards to all backers, including international shipping where offered.

Updates & Communication

• Regular updates are required, especially regarding delays or changes.
• Creators must respond to backer comments in good faith.
• Significant changes to the project scope must be disclosed transparently.

🛡️ Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

• Original Work: Campaigns should showcase original concepts, designs, or creations.
• Licensing: If your project uses third-party IP, you must have proper licenses or permissions.
• DMCA: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your IP has been infringed, please submit a DMCA notice via our IP Claim Form.

⚖️ Enforcement Actions

Violations of these guidelines are taken seriously. Depending on the severity and context, we may take the following actions:

We review each case individually. Context, intent, and history are considered. If you believe an action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days via the Appeals Portal.
