Account Access & Credentials
To perform technical audits, track performance, and implement optimizations, we require read-only or editor access to the following platforms:
Google Analytics 4 & Search Console
Provide 'Editor' access to your property and associated website data streams.
Website CMS / Hosting
Administrator or developer access to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom CMS for on-page optimizations.
Google Business Profile
Required for local SEO campaigns, review management, and geo-targeted optimizations.
Third-Party Tools (If Applicable)
CRM, email marketing platforms, or ad accounts for integrated campaigns.
Content & Approval Workflow
Content creation is a collaborative process. Timely feedback ensures we maintain your brand voice and hit publishing deadlines.

Response Expectations
We aim to reply within 4 business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for complex technical questions.
Technical & Development Cooperation
Advanced SEO often requires developer implementation. Our team will provide exact specifications, but internal dev coordination falls to your team.
Implementation Windows
Schedule low-traffic periods or staging environments for major technical changes (schema, URL restructuring, JS rendering fixes).
QA & UAT Support
Verify critical changes before live deployment to prevent accidental downtime or broken functionality.
Plugin/Theme Updates
Maintain your CMS and third-party tools up to date to avoid conflicts with our SEO implementations.
Administrative & Financial
Invoicing & Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly on the 1st. Payment is due within Net-15. Late payments may pause active campaigns.
Contract Renewals
We will provide 30-day notice before term expiration. No auto-renewal without explicit written confirmation.
Scope Change Requests
Additional campaigns or platform integrations outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
