You can update your payment method by clicking the "+ Add New" button in the Payment Methods section. Our system supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive email notifications each time. If all attempts fail, your account will be temporarily paused, and you'll have 14 days to update your payment info before service suspension.
Yes! Switching to annual billing saves you 15%. You can contact our support team or use the "Upgrade Plan" button to view annual pricing options and apply the discount immediately.
RankForge offers a prorated credit for unused services if you cancel mid-cycle. Refunds for specific add-ons can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Contact billing@rankforge.com with your invoice number.
