1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, dining at our establishment, using our online booking system, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of this agreement, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

Sabor & Fuego accepts reservations through our official website, telephone line, or authorized third-party platforms. All bookings are subject to availability and may be declined at the discretion of management.

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a verification email or phone call.
• Group bookings (8+ guests) may require a deposit or guaranteed credit card.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff shortages, facility maintenance, or force majeure events.

3. Dining Conduct & House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests and staff, Sabor & Fuego reserves the right to refuse service, limit seating time, or ask individuals to leave for any of the following reasons:

• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
• Failure to adhere to dress code guidelines (if applicable)
• Bringing outside food or beverages without prior arrangement
• Excessive consumption of alcohol or intoxication

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Management's decision regarding conduct matters is final.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request that all cancellations or modifications be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard reservations, and 48 hours for private dining or group bookings.

5. Pricing & Payments

All menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, service charges, and optional gratuities are not included unless explicitly stated. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash. Split checks are available upon request and subject to kitchen/service team coordination.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Sabor & Fuego is committed to accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions whenever possible. However, our kitchens handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Guests with severe allergies must inform their server upon seating. While we exercise extreme care, we assume no liability for adverse reactions resulting from cross-contamination or undisclosed dietary needs.

7. Liability & Limitations

While we prioritize guest safety, Sabor & Fuego shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or allergic reactions arising from consumed food or beverages
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises
• Delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Alcohol-related incidents; consumption is strictly at the guest's discretion

By dining with us, you assume responsibility for your personal safety and belongings.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to menu designs, photography, branding, logos, and culinary descriptions, is the exclusive property of Sabor & Fuego. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sabor & Fuego operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the appropriate local courts.

11. Policy Modifications

Sabor & Fuego reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
