How We Use Your Data
All collected information serves specific operational, legal, or service-enhancement purposes:
Service Delivery
Processing sitemap requests, generating XML/JSON outputs, and pushing to search engine indexing APIs.
Platform Optimization
Analyzing crawl patterns, reducing redundancy, improving API latency, and scaling infrastructure.
Security & Compliance
Preventing unauthorized access, detecting abuse, maintaining audit trails, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Communication
Delivering billing receipts, security alerts, maintenance notices, and product updates (opt-in marketing).
Data Retention & Security
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for dispute resolution. Sitemap and crawl data is archived and anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel via role-based access control (RBAC), and our infrastructure undergoes quarterly third-party security audits.
