We observed elevated response times (1.2s → 4.5s) on the Indexing API between 12:00–14:20 UTC. The root cause was identified as a database connection pool exhaustion. The pool size was increased from 50 to 200 connections, and response times returned to normal levels.
The login page returned 504 Gateway Timeout errors for approximately 18 minutes. Our team identified a misconfigured load balancer rule following a routine deployment. The rule was corrected and service was fully restored.
As announced, we performed a planned database schema migration to improve indexing performance. Services experienced a brief read-only period of approximately 3 minutes during the migration window (03:40–03:43 UTC). No data loss occurred.
Webhook delivery experienced delays of up to 90 seconds due to a third-party SMTP provider degradation. We switched to a backup provider automatically, and normal delivery resumed within 12 minutes.
