What is your satisfaction guarantee?
All services are backed by a 48-hour quality guarantee. If an area was missed or cleaned to your satisfaction, report it within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. Reports must include photos and specific details.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. We provide secure digital access instructions and can work while you're away. If you prefer on-site supervision, you may remain in the home or step out. All staff are background-checked and fully insured for off-site entry.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on home size (square footage), number of rooms/bathrooms, current condition, and service frequency. Recurring services receive a 15-20% discount. A free digital assessment is provided before any work begins. No hidden fees.
What cleaning products are used?
We exclusively use EPA Safer Choice certified and biodegradable products. All solutions are non-toxic, pet-safe, and hypoallergenic. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, we accommodate custom formulations upon request.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service fee. Recurring clients can modify schedules through our client portal up to 48 hours in advance.
Are your employees insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every team member undergoes a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and state license verification. SparkleClean Pro carries $2M in general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
