  • Pay After Service Payment is processed only after you approve the final clean. No upfront charges required.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked slot.
  • Late Arrival Policy If we're more than 15 minutes late, we'll apply a 15% discount to your invoice automatically.
  • Damage Coverage We carry $2M liability insurance. Any accidental damage is repaired or reimbursed within 48 hours.
  • Invoice & Receipts Detailed digital invoices are emailed immediately after payment for your records & tax purposes.

What determines the final price of my clean?
Pricing is based on your home's square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, current condition, and selected services. During your free quote, we'll provide a firm, locked-in price before you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily! Many clients provide secure entry via lockboxes, garage codes, or smart locks. We'll send photos before and after completion if you're unavailable. All our staff are background-checked and insured.
Can I switch plans or cancel recurring service?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your recurring plan at any time through your client portal or by calling us. Changes take effect on your next scheduled visit with no penalty fees.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the clean?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn't up to standard, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a team back to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Do you provide all cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring commercial-grade, eco-friendly supplies, HEPA-filter vacuums, microfiber cloths, and mops. If you prefer we use your specific products, just let us know during booking.
How does billing work for recurring clients?
Recurring clients are billed on the day of service. We offer auto-pay via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. You'll receive a summary email before processing and a detailed receipt immediately after.
