Current Compliance Status: FULLY COMPLIANT

All standard, industrial, and custom staple lines meet or exceed EU RoHS limits for restricted substances.

What is RoHS?

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive limits the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as mechanical fasteners and industrial supplies. As a premium supplier, StapleCraft Pro ensures zero non-compliance risk for your procurement workflows.

Testing & Verification Process

🔬 In-House QC Screening

Raw steel wire undergoes XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) scanning before production. Any batch exceeding internal thresholds is automatically quarantined.

📋 Third-Party Validation

Annual full-spectrum chemical analysis conducted by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories. Reports are updated quarterly on file.

🔗 Supply Chain Audits

All coating, plating, and packaging vendors maintain valid RoHS declarations. Non-compliant suppliers are removed from our approved vendor list.

📦 Batch Traceability

Every production lot is assigned a unique compliance ID. Scan the QR code on bulk packaging to view the specific test report for that shipment.
