⚙️ Precision Stamping
Manufactured using CNC-controlled progressive dies, ensuring consistent crown geometry and leg alignment across every batch.
🛡️ Corrosion Protection
Multi-layer electroplated zinc coating followed by chromate conversion treatment for extended shelf life and rust resistance.
🔄 Jam-Free Feeding
Optimized wire temper and leg bend radius guarantee smooth magazine loading and reliable driver engagement in all standard staplers.
Application & Usage Guidelines
The Standard Series is engineered for high-volume office, commercial printing, and light industrial fastening applications. Optimal performance is achieved when used within recommended paper thickness limits.
- Ideal for 10–80 gsm paper stock and cardstock up to 250 gsm
- Compatible with desktop, benchtop, and automatic binding staplers
- Store in climate-controlled environment (15–25°C, <60% RH)
- Avoid mixing staple sizes in the same magazine to prevent jamming
- Replace staples if exposed to moisture or high humidity for >72 hours
