By using our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or download content

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Content may contain mature themes, and we do not guarantee that all materials will meet your expectations or remain available indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StarWave Entertainment, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Modifications to Terms

StarWave Entertainment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
